We often find that issues relating to audio imbalance, is due to incorrect assembly. Therefore, start out by making sure both headband cables are properly connected to the speaker units - ensure the text on each speaker unit is upright.
Then confirm your audio cable is securely plugged in and locked into place. For a walk-through of this, check out our video below.
Please note that our speaker units only have a cable lock on the lower side, where you connect your audio cable. There is no cable lock on the upper side, where the headband connects.
