I can only pair the X02 to one UNIT-4. What can I do?

If you are only able to pair the X02 to one UNIT-4, please try the following steps:

1. Turn on both UNIT-4 speakers
2. Leave X02 unplugged for now (powered off)
3. Make sure both are in W+ mode - use the Mode button on the back
4. Hold the Mode button on UNIT-4 until the LEDs start flashing 2x per second (hold for around 2-3 seconds)
5. Check that the LEDs are flashing 2x per second on both UNIT-4s
6. If not - hold the Mode button on the other UNIT-4 to enter pairing mode
7. Plug in X02 to a power supply or your device
8. Wait for the LEDs to turn on
9. Hold the button on X02 until all of the LEDs are constantly on - no flashing. (Hold for around 2-3 seconds)
10. The pairing is complete.

Alternatively, please try and reset both UNIT-4 and X02, then re-connect. For this, follow the guide below.

Reset to reconnect - UNIT-4 & X02

1. Start by resetting each UNIT-4, one at a time:

1. Turn on UNIT-4
2. Set Mode to W+
3. Hold the Mode button for around 10 seconds - the LEDs will flash fast a few times
4. Turn off UNIT-4
5. (Repeat on your second UNIT-4)

2. Reset X02:

1. Connect X02 to power/your device and wait for the LEDs to turn on
2. Hold the button for around 10 seconds - the LEDs will turn off
3. Disconnect X02

3. Connect UNIT-4 to X02:

1. Turn on both UNIT-4
2. Set mode to W+
3. They should be in pairing mode automatically - the LEDs will be flashing around 2x per second. If not, hold the Mode button for 2 seconds until the LEDs are flashing fast
4. Connect X02
5. UNIT-4 and X02 will connect automatically
