When becoming an AIAIAI member, you will get the benefit of 1+ year warranty on your registered product(s). This can be obtained by uploading a valid proof of purchase when registering your product(s). 

How is the extended warranty calculated?

The extended warranty starts from the date of purchase. When registering your product, 1 year will be added to the warranty period.

Additionally, you will get access to carefully selected benefits that we offer in collaboration with industry partners. This is for example licences and software options of producing.

Moreover, the lifetime trade-in option, which makes it possible for you to send back products you no longer use. You will get credit based on what you return that you can then spend on either new products or up-cycled products that are retrieved from customer trade-ins.
