What are the import duties and taxes?

Modified on Tue, 20 Oct at 10:25 PM

In the EU, VAT is included at the rate of the country we ship to. Elsewhere, customs may add duties, and those are paid on delivery. You'll see the total before you pay.

How it works

Checkout shows the total, including VAT and any other taxes we can add in advance.

For some countries it also notes that customs may ask for import duties and brokerage fees before they release the parcel. Your local customs office can tell you what that means for you.

If you refuse the parcel because of those charges, it comes back to us, and we may ask for a fee to cover the shipping and the handling.

UK

With the UK selected, the order total already includes UK VAT, import duties and taxes. There is no separate bill. You'll see that under the order total.

If you need a company name or VAT number on the order, add it at checkout under Add company name or VAT no.
