Order Processing

Orders can be placed on our website and are not binding until AIAIAI has confirmed the order by issuing an order confirmation stating the unique order number. Please note that it may take up to 2 business days to process orders before shipping. We operate Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a final confirmation and tracking information via the email you connected to the order. 


If you aren’t able to find this email, make sure to check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, please contact our Support team who will help locating the information.



Order Tracking

You can track your order via our tracking page: https://tracking.aiaiai.audio/

Here you can enter the tracking information you received in the tracking-update-email. 


If you are looking for more details regarding the status of your order, we suggest going directly to the couriers website, and track your order through their tracking system.




Estimated Delivery

The estimated delivery time is 3-6 business days to EU countries and the USA, and 5-10 business days to all other countries. If an order is placed after 01.00 pm CET on Friday, the order will start processing the following Monday.


Delivery times vary depending on the country and customs issues and are therefore only indicative. In addition, AIAIAI reserves the right to delay any order due to payment validation.




VAT Refunds on Orders

When you check out under the shipping address you can click “Add company” (or under payment for billing address) and enter the company name followed by the VAT number.


Our webshop is intended for end-customers, and unfortunately, we do not offer VAT refunds for orders placed via our online store, even when a valid VAT number is provided at checkout.


As stated in our Terms and Conditions: “If you order from a country that is part of the European Union, prices include Danish VAT at 25%. (...) We don’t offer VAT refunds for orders placed on our webshop.”


For companies interested in making tax-exempt purchases, you would have to contact our sales team at sales@aiaiai.dk. They’ll be happy to assist you in setting up a wholesale account that supports intra-Community delivery without VAT.



Frequently asked Questions

Can I change my address after the order is placed?

Once we’ve received your order, we're unable to change the delivery address. However, you can contact the courier directly to request a redirection. Simply visit https://tracking.aiaiai.audio and enter your tracking number to find their information.


Do I need to pay import duties?

You will get a notification before placing an order if import duties may apply for your location.


If you are located within the EU, UK, US or Hong Kong, your order will be shipped without import charges. For all other countries, please confirm with your local customs for orders received from international senders.


Can I cancel my order?

To see if it is possible for you to cancel your order, log in to your AIAIAI account. If your order has not been processed yet, you'll have the option to select 'Cancel.'


Since we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, if your order has already been processed, you will need to select 'Return' and follow the provided return instructions.


Please ensure you create your AIAIAI account using the same email address you used to place the order.


What Countries do you ship to?

We have three warehouses across the world, respectively: 


Denmark: Shipping to Europe and UK.

Hong Kong: Shipping to Asia and Oceania.

US: Shipping to US and North America.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer both express shipping and standard shipping.


  • All shipments in the US are shipped with DHL, UPS, USPS or Fedex from our US warehouse.
  • All shipments in the EU are shipped with GLS or UPS from our warehouse in Denmark.
  • All shipments in Asia are shipped with Fedex or Hong Kong post from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
