Return Policy

AIAIAI offers a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery for purchases made on our website - aiaiai.audio - excluding shipping costs, additional duties, and/or taxes. To initiate a return, visit our Return Page within 30 days of receiving your order, and return the product in its original condition. 

We expect the product to be returned in the original packaging, securely packed, and in the same condition as received. The product should only be tested to the extent that would be expected in a physical retail store. If the product shows signs of use (odors, scratches, etc.) or suffers from defects due to circumstances attributable to the customer, we reserve the right to make a refund reduction corresponding to the condition of the returned product.

Customers are responsible for the product until it is received by us. We will not compensate for products lost during shipping; therefore, we recommend using a traceable shipping service. We do not accept returns sent to parcel shops; please ensure the package is sent directly to our address. Furthermore, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs processes outside the EU.

We do not offer a free return service, and AIAIAI will therefore not cover the shipping cost for returning the products. This has been decided by us due to the exploitation by some customers, and to discourage unnecessary purchases which strictly contradicts our values and sustainable agenda. 

Refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase within two weeks of receiving the returned item. Faulty products purchased from our website can be replaced or refunded within 30 days of delivery, decided by our Support team. Please contact us through our Support page, for further assistance. For products that become faulty after the 30-day guarantee period or were purchased from an authorized reseller, we offer a two-year limited warranty. Please refer to our warranty section for more information.

Returns from Retailers

We do not accept returns of products purchased from Retailers or resellers. If you wish to return an AIAIAI product, purchased outside of our website the retailer directly - these terms and conditions do not apply.

Exchange of Products

We do not offer exchanges. Products can be returned for a refund, from where a new order can be placed.

Product Inspection

If a product is sent for inspection due to a suspected issue, we are not responsible for shipping costs unless a product defect is identified. In such cases, we will refund the shipping cost and send a replacement at no additional charge.

Processing Returns

Within two weeks of receiving the return, we will review the product in accordance with the conditions outlined in the Return Policy. Afterwards, a refund will be issued to the original credit card. Please note that we are not responsible for products lost during return shipping; therefore, retain the carrier receipt to address any shipping issues directly with the carrier.
