For orders within the European Union, prices include Danish VAT at 25%. Local import duties can vary by country and region, and any additional taxes are the customer’s responsibility. If a parcel is rejected because of local duties, it will be returned to AIAIAI, and we may charge a small fee to cover the costs of the shipment and handling.
For customers ordering from other countries, we recommend checking with your local customs office to see if any duties or taxes apply to international shipments
We include to option to add VAT at checkout because some customers request invoices with their VAT number for their own documentation.
It’s also stated clearly on our website (checkout) that providing a VAT number is optional, and we do not actively request or require it at checkout.
Our webshop is designed to oparate as a B2C platform, and we do not support B2B transactions or VAT-exempt sales.
We are not legally obligated to issue a VAT refund or process transaction as a B2B through our website.
