Low or no volume in one or both speaker units

Please go through the following troubleshooting steps if you are experiencing low or no volume in one or both of your speaker unit(s).


There can be a few different reasons for why this is happening. Therefore we have created some troubleshooting steps that can help us either solve the issue or determine the cause of the issue - See steps below:


1) Firstly, please make sure that the headphones are assembled correctly - If the headphones aren't assembled and connected properly, issues are likely to happen. Therefore, please make sure that your headphones are assembled according to this guide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QxUY9p9yvnQ&feature=youtu.be


2) Please try and plug your cable into each speaker unit individually (see picture below for reference), fully disconnected from the headband to test how the speaker units sound individually.

3) Please try and switch your speaker units around on the headband (L<-->R) to test if the sound issue persistently stays on the same side of the headband, or if it moves with the speaker unit.

If the issue persists after completing the troubleshooting steps, please submit your results through our ticket system.
