If you're experiencing issues with your cable, please go through the following troubleshooting steps to help us identify the cause:
Test with different devices
Firstly, please test out the cable across different devices if you haven't done so yet - Does the issue persist across different devices regardless of the Jack/adapter being attached?
Test with another cable
If you have another cable (doesn't have to be AIAIAI) try using that with your headphones.
If you don't have access to another cable: Please try using your current cable with another device than your headphones (ex. a speaker) to test if the issue follow the cable or not.
