How do I firmware update TMA-2 Studio Wireless?

Connect the S11 Speaker Units in your TMA-2 Studio Wireless over Bluetooth®, then follow the update in the AIAIAI app.

Before you start

The update runs in the AIAIAI app on your phone. Download it from the App Store or Google Play.

Steps

1. Turn S11 on: press and hold the joystick for 2 seconds.
2. Double press the joystick so the LED turns blue.
3. Hold the joystick to the right for 2 seconds until the LED flashes fast.
4. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone and choose AIAIAI S11. The LED turns constant blue when S11 is connected.
5. Open the AIAIAI app, choose S11, and tap I'm ready.
6. Follow the steps in the app.

Which firmware

The versions published in April 2026 are below. The app shows which one to install.

S11 with both Bluetooth and W+ Link:

• 1.0.8 keeps the LED on during use.
• 4.0.4 turns the LED off during use.

S11 with Bluetooth only: 2.1.3 and 3.0.3. Version 3.0.3 turns the LED off during use.

To move from Bluetooth-only firmware to W+ Link, use the switch on the firmware upgrade screen in the app.

If it doesn't work

• The LED stays white. Double press the joystick. White is W+ Link and blue is Bluetooth. The update needs Bluetooth.
• The phone can't find S11. Hold the joystick to the right for 2 seconds until the LED flashes fast, then choose AIAIAI S11 again.
• S11 turned itself off. It switches off after 10 minutes without a connection. Turn it on and connect again.
