Can I make changes in my order?

Once an order has been placed, we’re unfortunately unable to make changes to your order or shipping address.


If you need to update your shipping address, we recommend contacting the courier directly once your parcel has shipped.


Please note that during Black Friday, couriers experience higher volumes, which may affect their ability to make changes.
