My wireless speaker units (S10) keeps disconnecting, what can I do?

If your speaker units keep disconnecting, please check if they are connected to more than one device at the same time.


The speaker units are designed to be connected via Bluetooth with only one device at a time to ensure the best possible connection quality. Connecting to multiple devices simultaneously, even if only one is playing audio, can cause an unstable connection and lead to disruptions.
