How to firmware-update the S11 Speaker Units

Our "AIAIAI Audio" app works for S11 and UNIT-4, in it you can update the S11's firmware and customize the S11's 

sound. 

Our S11 Speaker units are compatible with the X03 Transmitter.

Latest firmware is 1.0.3 from October 2025 for S11's with both Bluetooth mode and Wireless mode.

Latest firmware is 2.0.9 from October 2025 for S11's with Bluetooth mode only.

Update Instructions for iOS and Android.

1. Download the AIAIAI AUDIO App.

2. Switch your S11 to Bluetooth mode and connect it to your device.

3. Enter the AIAIAI AUDIO App. In the app choose S11 and click "I'm ready".

4. Follow the app's instructions.

If you are upgrading from BT-only firmware to W+ Link firmware you can switch easily between the two in the app. You will se the switch button in the FW upgrade site in the app.

You can furthermore reset your S11's by charging them fully.

How to firmware-update the S10 Speaker Units

NB: The firmware-updater is currently only campatible with Windows 10 or newer (64-bit).

S10 Update Instructions

1. Download the AIAIAI Beta-Updater for Windows (click here to download)
   
   
2. Install the Updater:
   1. Open the downloaded file and complete the installation.
   2. Ensure you select Qualcomm USB Debug Drivers during the Qualcomm Combo Digital Architecture Drivers setup.
      
      
3. Connect Your S10: Use USB-C cable to connect your S10 to your PC.
   
   
4. Update the Device: Select S10 in the Updater and click Update.
   
   
5. Confirm the correct product and complete the update.

Since releasing the S10 Bluetooth Speaker Units in 2021, there has only been 1 firmware update released. Most S10's sold in 2022 and later are already running on the latest firmware, however, if you suspect yours running on an older firmware, you are more than welcome to reach out to our Support Team
