How do I use the buttons on Tracks?

Press the centre button once to play, pause, or answer a call. Press it twice for the next track and three times for the previous one. On USB-C Tracks, the top and bottom buttons change the volume.

Before you start

The microphone and the buttons sit on the right wire. Mini-jack Tracks has one button. USB-C Tracks has three.

Steps

1. Press the centre button once to answer or end a call, or to play and pause.
2. Press the centre button twice to skip to the next track.
3. Press the centre button three times to skip to the previous track.
4. On USB-C Tracks, press the top or bottom button to change the volume.

If it doesn't work

• The volume doesn't change. On mini-jack Tracks the single button does not change the volume. On USB-C Tracks, press the top or bottom button, not the centre button.
• A press does nothing. The buttons sit on the right wire. Press the centre one once for play, pause and calls.
