If you are experiencing connectivity issues with your S10 speaker units, please go through the following troubleshooting steps to identify the cause.
Check connected devices
Make sure you are not connected to more than one device at the same time (for example, a computer and a phone).
If you are, one device can sometimes “take over” the connection. Both will remain connected, but sound can only play from one at a time.
Check the LED
Is the product disconnecting (LED stays on) or shutting off (LED turns off)? - If it turns off, check if you have sound coming through or not (our products turn off automatically after 10 min without sound to preserve battery).
Check if your S10s are running on the latest firmware
Ensure your S10 speaker units are running on the latest firmware.
Since releasing the S10 Bluetooth Speaker Units in 2021, there has only been 1 firmware update released. Most S10's sold in 2022 and later are already running on the latest firmware
