If you're experiencing issues with your cable, please go through the following troubleshooting steps to help us identify the cause:
1) Firstly, please test out the cable across different devices if you haven't done so yet - Does the issue persist across different devices regardless of the Jack/adapter being attached?
2) If you own other cables then please try using that with the headphones (The cabled doesn't have to be from AIAIAI) - Does that change anything?
Alternatively, (If you don't have access to another cable) please try and use your current cable with another device than your headphones (ex. a speaker)to test if the issue follow the cable or not.
If the issue persists after completing the troubleshooting steps, please submit your results through our ticket system. Once we receive your message, we’ll review the information and guide you on the best next steps.
Be sure to include a photo of your cable and a copy of your receipt with your submission.
